Need Ideas for Yaoi and Yuri Club at SFSU, CA!

Fall 2009 started today at Tuesday, August 25 at San Francisco State University.

I'm busy buying textbooks and adjusting to classes, but after I'm settled, I will start up the Yaoi and Yuri Club at SFSU, CA!

I need ideas for how to run the club. Should I:
1. Make it formal with set objectives and activities
2. Make it informal with free talk (anyone talks about whatever)
3. Combine a little bit of both formal and informal activities
4. Provide information and review on yaoi and yuri
5. Set up a group to go to Yaoi con 2009 at San Mateo this Halloween weekend
6. yaoi and yuri related fundraisers

That's all I can think of for now, please give me ideas! (ideas can be up to NC-17, I'll check later if they will be appropriate for the school club rules XD)
